Summary

Rodney Sydnor, CEO of R.S. Group Insurance, Inc., approached EvoShift to help him create an internal dashboard to manage communications with his agents. His main goal was to improve the process of verifying customer eligibility for Obama healthcare insurance.

The Challenge

R.S. Group Insurance, Inc. was relying on paper forms for managing communications and verification processes. This method led to many errors and caused unnecessary expenses, as well as duplicated efforts. They wanted to take their work to the next level. They wanted to add so many features, to make it easier for them and for the client.

Objectives

• Implement an internal dashboard for communication management

• For the future, we will be adding an HRM system for this software. This will help with managing the company’s data not just the customers.

Solution

EvoShift created a customized internal dashboard that digitalized the entire communication and verification process. The new system replaced paper forms, leading to an outstanding performance and a significant improvements. We added a real-time notification for fast communication. And to make the verification process smoother, we managed to duplicate the same signature in 4 different places. As well as a voice record for each client to be saved under their ID. It was a challenge to take this project, but we managed to finish it in 3 months. Providing them a top-notch service while offering them a competitive price.

We used to have weekly meetings with our client, and sometimes they asked to join our daily meetings to see our progress. We made sure to help them understand the technical process, which helped us achieve the best result that aligns with their vision.
